You'll gain hands-on experience in donor engagement, stewardship, and revenue growth while working closely with senior development staff. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and edit donor proposals, impact reports, and stewardship communications
• Conduct prospect research and summarize findings in CRM
• Coordinate gift processing, pledges, and donor data reconciliation
• Assist with donor meeting preparation, event logistics, and post-event follow-up

📋 Requirements

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Interest in fundraising, philanthropy, or public policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
