💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of USCIS immigration cases and represent clients in removal proceedings. You'll collaborate with the Immigration Team to prepare diverse applications and legal briefs. This role offers room for growth at a premier law firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and prepare clients for USCIS testimony
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings before Immigration Court
• Manage workload of cases and conduct intakes with detained individuals
• Prepare diverse immigration applications including removal defense and family-based petitions

📋 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Record of moving legal cases forward and managing a caseload
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, and other USCIS applications
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with Case Management Software
