You will lead and scale a team of 11 SDRs, driving pipeline generation and operational excellence. Your focus is on coaching, performance management, and optimizing outreach workflows to align with revenue goals.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
• 2-3+ years managing SDR teams
• Proven success driving outbound pipeline
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs
• Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training
• Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
• Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to boost performance
• Optimize SDR workflows within CRM and sales engagement tools
