🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders on organizational design and talent management
• Use people data to identify trends and recommend actions
• Coach leaders through performance challenges and change
• Drive talent processes including goal setting and career development

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR/People & Culture experience
• Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leaders
• Strong business partnering capability in technology or high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or leisure/attractions industry
• Global or APAC regional experience
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation
