Description

You'll partner with customers to understand their ML workflows, design demos and POCs, and provide technical expertise to help them succeed with the Lightning AI platform. You'll also collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on ML, data science, or related field
• Customer-facing technical role experience (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.)
• Understanding of ML concepts, tools, and best practices
• Experience with Python and PyTorch
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their ML workflows and provide technical expertise
• Design and deliver demos, technical workshops, and training sessions
• Write readable and concise Python code for demo templates
• Scope and lead proof-of-concepts aligning customer success with platform differentiators
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap
