You'll lead IAM architecture for large-scale application migrations to AWS and Azure, assessing needs and designing reusable integration patterns. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up an IAM team for migration acceleration
• Design and govern technical IAM architecture for workloads
• Develop reusable IAM integration patterns
• Build and deploy common scaffolding services

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management
• Deep expertise in CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or ForgeRock
• Strong experience with cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD)
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOX, GDPR)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
• CISSP, CISM, or cloud certifications
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
