💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end Growth contracting operations during peak season, managing 100+ new and renewal contracts and coordinating with Legal, CS, and ACO Operations. Your work ensures the contracting pipeline runs smoothly when volume is highest. This hands-on execution role is ideal for someone who thrives on parallel workflows and accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review outgoing contracts for completeness and accuracy prior to send
• Coordinate redline reviews between Growth, Legal, and counterparties
• Send finalized contracts for signature and track execution status
• Serve as operational point of contact for contract escalations to Legal

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in contract management or legal operations
• Direct experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Ironclad preferred)
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive contracting workflows
• Strong coordination and written communication skills
