💼 About This Role

You'll own patient acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels for a healthtech AI platform. You'll design experimentation programs and build performance dashboards tied to CAC and LTV. You'll also lead integrated brand campaigns and shape the patient experience from first touch through activation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own patient acquisition across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Performance marketing ownership with significant hands-on role
  • Experience at a healthtech or healthcare consumer company
  • Deep fluency in marketing analytics and ROI-driven decision-making

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing AI-enabled healthcare products
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance
  • Experience scaling marketing from Series A to IPO
