You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians, using our tech platform to create and monitor work orders, diagnose issues faster, and coordinate repairs. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction and team performance at our Camden rental facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using our tech platform
• Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships for 100% satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience in the rental or construction industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
