💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote cardiology care as part of a virtual-first cardiovascular team. You'll educate patients, collaborate with cardiologists, and manage follow-up care to improve heart health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide patient education on diagnosis and treatment plans
• Collaborate with cardiologists and PCPs on care coordination
• Conduct follow-up virtual visits to monitor progress
• Triage incoming patient requests and manage panel

📋 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license (Compact)
• 3+ years experience in cardiology
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR
• Ability to work independently with clinical decisions
