💼 About This Role

You'll provide emergency overnight hospice visits on a per-visit basis across VT and NH, working a unique one-week-on, one-week-off schedule. You'll receive full-time compensation and benefits while working just 26 weeks per year. This role offers $10,000 sign-on bonus and structured career advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits after hours and on weekends
• Perform medication administration and wound care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document physicians' orders and perform assessments

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Vermont and New Hampshire
• Minimum of one year recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
