💼 About This Role

You'll join smava's Pre Sales team to optimize customer datasets via outbound calls and support credit consultations. You'll help customers complete their data and pass leads to specialists. This role offers uncapped commission and up to 3 home office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and complete customer data records via outbound calls
• Support customers with data entry for loan applications
• Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists for detailed advice
• Contribute to process improvement and quality management

📋 Requirements

• First professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally telephony
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with customers
• Native-level German language skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
