💼 About This Role

You'll lead polymer AM production operations and own the technical integration of machines into our OPUS platform. You will drive automation across the AM cell to scale production for defense platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own polymer AM production scheduling, throughput, yield, and delivery performance.
• Lead integration of polymer AM machines into OPUS with connectivity and telemetry.
• Drive automation of material handling, depowdering, and workflow in AM cells.
• Define interface control documents and machine acceptance criteria across OEMs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in polymer AM operations or factory-scale integration.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of polymer powder bed fusion or material extrusion architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Stratasys SAF, HP MJF, FDM, SLA, or SLS technologies.
• Familiarity with factory automation and systems integration.
