🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process for AI-powered product experiences.
• Translate operational problems into intuitive product experiences.
• Design workflows for high-pressure restaurant environments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design with clear progression.
• Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and complex workflows.
• Ability to use data and insights to substantiate design decisions.
• Experience with AI-first design approach and prototyping.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality technology.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
• Mentorship or design critique experience.
