🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze client activity using Power BI.
• Conduct outreach via Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Perform welcome calls and follow-ups for new clients.
• Track and record VIP client status in data tools.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer retention or VIP management.
• Strong communication skills via Telegram, Email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis.
• Flexibility to work on-site and cover weekend shifts.

• Background in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
• Experience in AML, fraud prevention, or KYC.
