๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the EMEA pipeline and revenue targets, closing deals yourself while hiring and managing the first EMEA team. You'll adapt Pylon's sales playbooks for European buyers, set up the London office, and be the voice of EMEA back to SF. This is a player-coach role building a global expansion from scratch.

  • Own EMEA pipeline and hit revenue targets while closing deals personally.
  • Hire and manage first EMEA AEs, CSMs, and support engineers.
  • Adapt sales playbooks for European procurement cycles and GDPR.
  • Set up London office and manage local operations and budget.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years selling B2B SaaS in EMEA with a personal track record of closing deals.
  • Built a GTM team from scratch including hiring, managing, and developing reps.
  • Existing network in UK/EMEA tech ecosystem for pipeline and recruiting.
  • Based in London and willing to work in-person in a new office.
