💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair humanoid robots at a customer site in Reno, NV. Your work ensures fleet uptime and provides direct feedback to engineering teams for continuous product improvement. This role puts you on the front line of commercial deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of humanoid robot fleet
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-based issues
• Verify use-case stability and provide feedback to development teams
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with complex systems
• Familiarity with computer-based tools like CMD prompt and GUIs
• Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools like scope and multimeter
• Ability to read PCB and harness schematics and remove/replace components up to 50lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Catia or CAD program experience
• Robotics experience
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Slack
