Description

You will design and configure the ServiceNow CPQ application, building automated quoting experiences for complex product catalogs and pricing strategies. Your work will involve integrating with ERP systems and automating quote approval workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years low-code cloud platform experience, 2+ years in CPQ/Order Management/Revenue Ops
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Glide API), HTML/CSS, and JSON
• Experience with ServiceNow CPQ, Decision Tables, Flow Designer, and REST API integrations
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and configure complex product bundles with nested options, dependencies, and exclusion rules
• Build and maintain advanced pricing logic including volume-based discounting, tiered pricing, and multi-currency support
• Develop UI logic for configuration wizards guiding sales reps
• Handle edge-case pricing scenarios using Script Includes and Business Rules
• Build end-to-end approval workflows for quotes using Flow Designer
