💼 About This Role

You'll own the client experience and operational leadership at a [solidcore] studio in Chicago. You'll drive membership sales and team performance while coaching 5 classes per week. This role combines front-of-house energy with backend coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and manage daily studio operations.
• Drive membership sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coach 5 [solidcore] classes per week.
• Respond to client feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• 1+ year coaching experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• MBO software experience preferred.
