You'll lead a small engineering team building production AI systems for frontier labs. You'll drive technical direction while staying hands-on with coding and architecture. This role is for a senior engineer who wants to grow as a leader without leaving the craft behind.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production-quality code and architect reliable systems.
• Set technical direction for a small team.
• Manage and develop a team of 3–5 engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience as a tech lead setting technical direction.
• 1–2 years managing a small team of engineers.
• Must code regularly and want to keep coding.

• Experience with AI/ML systems or production reliability.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and backend architecture.
• Experience building reusable platforms or internal tooling.
