• Ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of recruitment experience across GTM functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in structured recruiting methodologies and ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
• Ability to manage complex searches with tracking milestones and timelines.
