💼 About This Role

You'll support Numerix's EMEA and APAC businesses by preparing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements, including revenue, vendor, and technology contracts. Your core impact will be collaborating with sales, technology, and senior management on legal risk and compliance. This six-month contract offers the chance to work on cutting-edge financial technology legal matters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS subscription, professional services, and partner agreements
• Partner with Sales on pre-contracting, deal structuring, and contract interpretation
• Collaborate with revenue recognition, security, and operations teams on contractual alignment
• Advise on corporate governance, data protection, and regulatory issues

📋 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience drafting and negotiating software agreements
• Strong experience advising on intellectual property, data protection, and technology contracting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-related legal issues in commercial contracts
• Knowledge of open-source licensing and software compliance
