You'll join Alliance Defending Freedom's Center for Parental Rights, leading complex litigation to protect parental rights. Your core impact will be defending families through strategic lawsuits and legal advocacy. This role stands out for its focus on high-impact constitutional litigation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex litigation with minimal oversight from senior attorneys.
• Develop strategy, arguments, and testimony for case presentation.
• Produce high-quality legal papers including briefs and motions.
• Conduct fact and expert discovery, including depositions.

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
