You'll own product strategy for a core area of Jama Connect, a market-leading requirements management platform. You'll translate customer needs and market signals into roadmap decisions that drive adoption and growth. This is a high-impact role with visibility across Product, customers, and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for a core area of Jama Connect
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and actionable work
• Partner with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver solutions
• Synthesize field insights and market trends into product strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven success as a Senior Product Manager driving strategy beyond backlog
• Direct enterprise customer engagement experience including discovery and validation
• Strong commercial product judgment with win/loss analysis and GTM collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (medical, automotive, aerospace)
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and tools
• Mentoring or coaching other product managers
