Description
You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical hires at GiveCampus, focusing on engineering, product, and data roles. You'll refine processes, source top talent, and partner with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals while contributing to our mission of advancing education.
Requirements
- Proven track record hiring top-tier technical talent
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar tools
- Ability to meet metrics: 45-60 day time-to-fill, 85%+ offer acceptance rate
- Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
- Strategic partnership with hiring managers
Responsibilities
- Establish, standardize, and refine recruiting processes with Head of People and Senior Recruiter
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS to optimize workflows, track metrics, and improve candidate experience
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data professionals)
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines through networking and relationship management
- Serve as strategic advisor to hiring managers on interview design, market conditions, and hiring strategy
