🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day operations of the San Francisco hub
• Oversee hybrid work logistics and in-office programming
• Manage international Workplace Experience Specialists
• Lead HR project management and cross-functional initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in Workplace Experience, HR Operations, or Program Management
• Hands-on experience owning a physical workplace or hub
• People management experience with distributed teams
• Strong project management skills in ambiguous environments
