💼 About This Role
You'll partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, acting as the bridge between homebuilder workflows and the Higharc platform. You'll lead discovery sessions and platform demonstrations that help buyers envision their business running on Higharc. This role champions a Challenger sales approach in a remote-first, well-funded startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions with homebuilders to uncover workflows and pain points.
- Shape solution strategy and guide prospects toward a future-state vision.
- Conduct platform demonstrations for buyers across roles.
- Build ROI narratives and business cases to quantify impact.
📋 Requirements
- Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech.
- Deep understanding of homebuilding functions like Estimating, Design, or Purchasing.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to tailor messaging for executives and users.
