๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage HubSpot automation workflows and email marketing campaigns for global clients from LatAm. You'll own contact database health, lead nurturing, and cross-platform integrations. This role offers direct client impact and flexibility of remote work.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and optimize HubSpot automation workflows and lead nurture sequences
- Manage contact records, segmentation, and database hygiene
- Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot editor
- Support CRM pipeline management and sales/marketing alignment
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM experience
- Active HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub and CRM required)
- Experience with at least one additional platform (SharpSpring, Emma, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with SharpSpring visual automation builder and lead scoring
- Familiarity with UTM tracking and Google Analytics integration
- Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance
