You'll own Joko's social media growth and distribution strategy, building a multi-channel presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll blend data-driven performance with creative production to turn social into a primary engine for brand awareness and user acquisition. Using AI-powered tools, you'll automate routine tasks and focus on high-impact viral moments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute multi-channel social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Master platform algorithms and test formats, hooks, and posting cadence for maximum reach
• Implement AI-powered community management for routine interactions
• Monitor trends and translate insights into creative briefs for content creators

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in Social Media Strategy or Growth Marketing
• Data literacy with ability to turn metrics into compelling narratives
• Native French and perfect English proficiency
• Proven track record of growing accounts or launching successful campaigns
