Description
You will deliver custom and standard reporting to demonstrate Spring Health's impact to its customers, working with Customer Success and Product to refine data storytelling and build dashboards. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco with 2-3 days in-office per week.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for querying across multiple data sources
- 3+ years experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver analyses and dashboards to customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop deep product understanding and craft compelling impact stories
- Collaborate with Product to evolve customer data reporting suite
- Surface opportunities to automate commonly requested reports
- Become expert in data stack: Snowflake, Looker, dbt, Hex
