You'll ensure operational continuity for all employees through secure technology infrastructure management. You'll act as the technical pillar scaling the Zero-Trust model while maintaining an exceptional user experience.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Maintain 95% ticket resolution within Asana SLAs.
  • Ensure 100% device fleet compliance with MDM standards.
  • Achieve 0% error in access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Automate 3 recurring manual processes per quarter.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in technical support for startups.
  • Mastery of hybrid infrastructures (macOS/Windows).
  • Resolve complex Level 2 and 3 incidents autonomously.
  • B1 English level or higher.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jamf or Intune.
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script.
  • Knowledge of Zero-Trust security model.
