You'll define the ML vision and strategy for the Cards business, improving customer experience and commercial performance. You'll lead core systems like recommendations, ranking, and personalization, and drive AI-powered product features like LLMs and generative AI. • Define ML vision and direction for the Cards business
• Lead performance and evolution of ML systems for recommendations, ranking, search
• Own model quality, lifecycle management, evaluation and monitoring
• Drive development of AI-powered features including LLMs and generative AI
• Partner with Product Management to shape ML roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading machine learning or applied science teams with business impact
• Expertise in building production ML systems like recommendations, ranking, or personalisation
• Commercial mindset with ownership of ML systems driving conversion or revenue
• Ability to set technical direction across a complex ML landscape
