🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive international sales growth across EU, APAC, LATAM via distributor networks
• Develop and execute annual international sales plans and strategies
• Forecast sales performance and track monthly results against targets
• Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, distributors, and agents across markets
• Provide in-field support including case coverage, training, and product education

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally in spine or orthopedics
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing international distributor networks
• Solid understanding of global healthcare systems and medical device commercialization
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
