Requirements

• 1+ years leading operations in high-growth hospitality/consumer brands
• Track record scaling and managing hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Hands-on and highly action-oriented
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities

• Uphold and coach standards every day on every shift
• Lead barista recruitment and upskill team through coaching
• Design each shift by station with precision, balancing labour and demand
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste management
• Track KPIs and lead rollout of HQ initiatives
