💼 About This Role

You'll define how people interact with new electric vehicles at Drivemode, a startup acquired by Honda. You'll start developing a companion app for Honda and Acura EVs, then expand into interior digital components and the overall driving experience. You'll also help hire and mentor new designers as the team grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product management, engineering, and business development on new EV products.
• Wireframe, prototype, and design end-to-end product features using data and AB testing.
• Provide effective leadership as a senior member of the design team.
• Recruit and mentor new designers.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Focus on mobile applications and complex software.
• Strong background in interaction design and visual skills.
• Advanced experience with prototyping tools.
