🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex employee relations issues to resolution
• Recruit and onboard talent in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with stakeholders to anticipate HR needs
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain records

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5-7 years progressive HR experience
• 1+ years recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Greenhouse or prior HRIS experience
• Multilingual ability
