💼 About This Role

You'll join Axiom's bench to support future client engagements, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You'll handle high-volume MSAs, SOWs, and IT license agreements while providing business-oriented legal advice across multiple functions. This role offers fully remote work and flexibility to engage with top-tier life sciences companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of MSAs, SOWs, work orders, and change orders.
• Handle diverse contract types including IT licenses, SaaS, events, sponsorships, and MTAs.
• Provide practical legal advice on contract terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4–12+ years of commercial contracting experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and work orders in high-volume settings.
• Experience across multiple agreement types including IT/software, vendor, event/sponsorship, and MTAs.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
