You'll own and scale an AI-forward legal operating model at a leading SaaS platform, designing systems, processes, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and business impact. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel. This role stands out for building the Legal Department of the future with hands-on AI daily and no contract management scope limitations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define legal operations strategy, roadmap, and execution plan
• Build AI-enabled legal department operating model with workflows and metrics
• Evaluate, implement, and adopt AI legal technology and automation tools
• Design and build workflows using Jira for legal intake and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in legal operations, preferably in-house tech
• Daily hands-on AI use in professional setting, building repeatable workflows
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing legal technology solutions
• Strong data literacy with metrics definition and dashboard building

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CLMs, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Supporting privacy program operations
• Project management certification
