💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform. You'll proactively engage with partners to educate them on the platform's value and convert them to payment solutions. This role offers the chance to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth
• Educate partners on Fresha platform value
• Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness
• Advise partners on product selection and adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Account Management
• Proven data analysis skills to improve commercial outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in outbound sales or related role

• Bi-lingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in beauty and wellness industry
