🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure each shipment meets quality standards for brand representation
• Propose process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct regular statuses with Leads for training and development
• Coordinate with carriers and network to meet capacity expectations

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Excel for planning and analysis
• Experience with process mapping and SOP documentation
• Ability to work weekends and long hours during busy periods
