🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of approximately seven data scientists
• Oversee timely production of quantitative analysis for product strategy
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and research teams
• Design and improve experimentation frameworks and product health metrics

📋 Requirements

• Experimental design and statistics experience with large-scale user data
• Prior experience managing a team of data scientists in product analytics
• Working experience with Hadoop, Hive, Presto, or Spark
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
