You'll lead the Merchant Quality Operations team at Coupang Eats, ensuring high-quality catalog content for Korea's fastest-growing food delivery service. Your core impact is to establish registration guidelines, improve content quality, and enhance customer ordering experience through data-driven catalog optimization. This role offers the opportunity to shape the merchant ecosystem of a leading e-commerce platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish registration guidelines and optimize operational processes for content quality
• Manage end-to-end merchant registration for quality assurance
• Proactively identify and resolve content issues affecting customer experience
• Use data analysis to improve team productivity and catalog quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in O2O or service operations/project management
• Experience in process establishment and efficiency improvement
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Japanese language proficiency required for business communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Catalog management experience in e-commerce platforms
• SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• No restrictions for business travel to Japan
