You'll design formal decision frameworks for complex enterprise problems and translate theoretical decision science into practical system improvements. Your work will directly strengthen Rwazi's decision engine by modeling uncertainty, tradeoffs, and multi-variable constraints.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formalize ambiguous business questions into structured decision systems
• Model uncertainty, tradeoffs, and multi-variable constraints
• Design and evaluate experiments to validate reasoning enhancements
• Collaborate with engineers to prototype research concepts

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in decision theory, systems modeling, or applied reasoning
• Proven ability to formalize ambiguous problems into structured frameworks
• Experience with AI systems and reasoning architectures
• Ability to design and evaluate rigorous experiments
