Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Work in fast-paced production environment with weather exposure
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling
• Repair roofs and rocker panels
• Complete large area heavy bodywork including Bondo repair
• Conduct stud welding and multi-panel repairs
• Train other technicians on advanced bodywork techniques
