💼 About This Role

You'll implement data-driven ABA therapy for children with autism, work with clients in clinic, home, or community settings. You'll collaborate with a team to improve behavior techniques and accrue fieldwork experience towards BACB certification. Direct client care and data collection are central to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct service hours in clinic, home, or community
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Collect in vivo data
• Collaborate with team and attend regular training

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with children or individuals with ASD
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
