๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for residential solar systems, troubleshooting remotely and providing excellent customer service to English and Spanish speakers. You'll be a founding member of our new Costa Rica hub, helping build the team from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Troubleshoot solar systems remotely using technical knowledge.
  • Own follow-up on open tickets with homeowners and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate via phone and email.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of solar storage systems.
  • Experience with PPA, SREC, PTO.
