As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions like shipment processing and floor restocking.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, and supply management
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support stockroom standards and processes for a safe work environment
