You'll resolve complex technical issues for Binance's global crypto platform while collaborating with backend teams. You'll perform expert-level troubleshooting and contribute to backend tasks using Java and Spring Boot. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex issues.
• Collaborate with backend teams to troubleshoot APIs and microservices.
• Develop internal automation tools and monitoring dashboards.
• Document processes and root cause analyses for knowledge base.

📋 Requirements

• 2-10 years in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for global coordination.
