You'll lead direct sales for the Large Enterprise segment and develop a team of managers handling key accounts. You'll drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and complex B2B solutions.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a team of sales managers for Large Enterprise clients
- Develop team through hiring, training, and performance improvement
- Support key negotiations and complex deals
- Expand client base and increase service adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams for product development
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably with large corporate clients
- 2+ years sales team management experience
- Experience with key account or enterprise segment
- Proven track record of C-level negotiations
- Fluent Ukrainian and English at B2+ level
