🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable compensation-related systems
• Develop production-grade applications across TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node, PostgreSQL
• Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with product and design teams
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing and maintaining production-level applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Ruby, or Python
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL including data modeling and query optimization
• Experience operating and scaling services in production environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with compensation or payroll systems
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Node.js
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks
